My employer has been caught for workers compensation fraud and now he is working 15 employees with out workers compensation. What can I do about this problem?

I am a vendor for a company in Braintree, Massachusetts. When I check in for work to get a vendor badge, they make me give them my Massachusetts Drivers License. I feel very uncomfortable leaving this with them for 8 to 10 hours at a time and I feel I should have my license on me at all times. Is there a law that they cannot take your drivers license. Is this property of mine? I made a copy of my license and they did not accept that.

I am having several issues at work. I am not comfortable going to HR as I am afraid of Retaliation. There have been several confidentiality issues that have been broken. I have tried to go to someone who is in charge in absence of my supervisor but I get what do you want me to do about it. I did not pass the management process and another employee did and she had told the VP that it is the same test that a future employee of a retail store has to take he made a remark about it why can't people pass just a rude thing to say. I am not comfortable where I work, I feel that my professionalism and the way that I am viewed because of certain issues is not there. Is there anything I can do?

Recently my place of employment told us that we had to wear a certain color scrubs or we would get points and then eventually be suspended, first is this legal? Are they supposed to give us an allowance for these uniforms they want us to wear. I am an emergency room technician and they are telling us that we have to wear navy blue and the nurses have to wear seal blue. We are the only department in the hospital that is being enforced.

If I quit my job with one week of vacation time, am I entitled to be paid for that time?
