Full question:
I am having several issues at work. I am not comfortable going to HR as I am afraid of Retaliation. There have been several confidentiality issues that have been broken. I have tried to go to someone who is in charge in absence of my supervisor but I get what do you want me to do about it. I did not pass the management process and another employee did and she had told the VP that it is the same test that a future employee of a retail store has to take he made a remark about it why can't people pass just a rude thing to say. I am not comfortable where I work, I feel that my professionalism and the way that I am viewed because of certain issues is not there. Is there anything I can do?

Answer:
If the confidentiality issues only violate employer policies and not laws, you have a few options. You can submit an anonymous or personal complaint to a higher-ranking person in your company. If you have a union representative, consider discussing your concerns with them. Additionally, explore ways to manage the stress you are experiencing at work.
