Is it illegal for your boss to constantly talk about politics?

My direct supervisor's husband made an unwanted sexual advance at a non-work function. Can this effect my job? I am considering quitting and finding other employment.

Our LLC, S corp, has a profit sharing plan which places money in each employees individually directed retirement account. My question is, is it legal to place funds into a retirement account after the fiscal year or even the calendar year has passed ( i.e. contributing to 2016, or even earlier)?

I had heart attack 8 months ago I have a letter for me from my doctor stating I'm able to go back to work on light duty no heavy lifting I went to back to work on Monday the six a February work 10 hours that day delivering tires. Now Wednesday my job tells me that I can't come back to work until I get a letter from my doctor releasing me completely what should I do. now my heart attack happened at work I didn't mention it at work all I mentioned was I was having chest pains when that was happen in the next day I went to thensure hospital they told me I was having a heart attack now my job tells me they don't have light duty for me what to do

I am looking at a cleaning position from an business that contracts to provide service to multiple dr offices. The owner of this business wants me to sign agreement that I am a subcontractor with him as the contractor. He will require me to punch in and out of job sites, wear a shirt with his business. He will not take taxes out. If I am sick and unable to work I will have to find my own replacement. Also, he will supply all materials I need to do my job for him. Is this a true contractor subcontractor relationship. It seems more like he is my employer but he says no
