Landlord Tenant

I am late on my rent my landlord has entered my rental home more then 3 times in one week she has turn my breaker off as well as my hotwater heater and dryer she has sent me sevreral disrespectful text messages she also has put a lock box out on the porch with a key to the house because she has put it on the market for sale. Do I have any rights because she is violating my privacy.

We leased an apartment. After several months we noticed the appearance of mold behind the sink in the bathroom. It also smells like mold. the smell is also coming from other areas of the apartment and it seems damp. The landlord will not help us. My son has asthma and it has caused it to get worse.
