Landlord Tenant

I have just been served a disposessory warrant. The statements made in it are not accurate. Such as owners address, says I failed to pay rent, and hold premises over and beyond the term of lease or rental agreement. I have never had a rental agreement because my fiance mother owns the property. My fiances brother has taken her mother to live with him in another state and had since came and changed the locks and denied me acces to my personal belongings. What rights do i have concering being evicted?

I am a tenant. The landlord resides in AZ. We rented the landlord's property in TX. We finished the contract, left the property in good condition. It has been more than 30 days already yet the landlord don't want to give our security deposit back. No itemization list, nothing but only phone calls telling us that they will only give $400 back from our $1200 deposit. What should I do in order to get my security deposit back?
