Is there a law that prohibits a cashier from handling and serving food in a convenience store?

What are my rights about having a protection order against me does she need just cause and actual evidence against me or can she just get one with no proof?

What are possible punishments for a loitering charge? I'm 18 and was 17 at the time the citation was given. I missed the original court date so a new one has been set for August 2007. I want to know what I'm up against with this offense.

Can a restaurant refuse service to me if I haven't done anything wrong? I used to work there and I quit because I felt I was being harassed. An employee that works there now (a server) is dating a cook that I used to date. I have never done anything wrong or disrupted anyone, however, I saw a customers car parked there and wanted to go in and show her my new baby, and they told me at the door that whenever this server is working, I am not allowed in the restaurant. Is this legal?

I have a friend who is in jail and his charge is "Poss Listed Precusor" and I dont know what it means. Will you tell me what "poss listed precusor" means?
