I need to find a copy of a certificate for changing a road name in the state of South Carolina.

My good friend recently had his business (nightclub/bar) shut down for 20 days and a $2000 fine because he ran some football pools at the bar. He does it just for the customers and takes NO rake or fee for himself. All of the money collected goes to the people who buy a $2.00 square. I'm sure I read somewhere that if no one profited from this type of pool, it was legal. Also there were other pools in the bar that the arresting officials did not know how they worked, so they just left them.

Is it legal for a funeral home in the state of Michigan to not properly store the remains of a loved one? My loved one had already been deceased for three days before she was discovered. The funeral home had her for an additional three days and I feel that they did not store her body with proper refrigeration. As a result, when we had her transferred to another funeral home her body had badly decomposed and she cannot have an open casket funeral.

Can I place a lien on cattle for their feed bill? I have said cattle in my feedlot.

Are Conjugal Rights enforceable? If you are denied them, is there relief or remedy?
