Is it legally possible in a commercial setting to sell something to a person without first SOLICITING that person. For this assume the product and the transaction is legal. Personally, I do NOT believe it is possible to sell anything to anybody without first soliciting them. Also..... 'Please cite the legal sources of your opinion.'

I had a consultation with a lawyer she told me by law she could get me half of my husband's pension and half of whatever amount our home is appraised at. I want her to put this in writing in a contract. Could you tell me how it should read?

I am being accused of plagiarism by this extremely horrible teacher who I believe is out to get me. I basically did a 30 slide presentation that included the physiological affects of the accident that occurred to the human body. In the presentation, I spoke freely using my own words but on the slides I had a about seven short sections all about two to three sentences that were not in quotation marks but were cited on the works cited page that was part of the presentation. My legal issue is that I think it is more of a public domain/ generally known knowledge that I quoted that would not be the individual property of the author of the e medicine article. For instance 'Shock is when there is a lack of oxygen to your cells and your brain' or 'Shock is when you your body is forced to use anaerobic oxygen for your metabolism instead of aerobic oxygen' Although I used these words directly how they were placed on the website, without quotations.... I referenced the websites and articles where I got the information from and I feel that because this is general knowledge about the workings of the human body it is not someone's intellectual property. Also it seems that because this is in a class setting I wouldn't be using this for my own benefit or publishing it, so I wouldn't be accused of passing this work off as my own. Is there any specific plagiarism lawyers I can bring with to my school meeting?

what is the constitutionality of flag buring, should it be constitutionally protected

I own my mobile home but rent a space in a park. I have lived here for 5 yrs. When I moved in with my 2 children I was naive to the buying process and was told by my realtor that there was no inspections for mobile homes. It has been a nightmare!!! It was totally infested with termites, the first rain I started getting bubbles in the walls, when you turn a light switch on sometimes it goes on and sometimes you have to turn it off and on again before it works. My rent started 5 yrs ago at 775.00 a mo, as of August it will be 956.00. I am a single mom and we are now living in mold, the termites are back, my roof is about to cave in and I have severe plumbing issues under my home and a plumber said my mobile home will start sinking unless I come up with 7,000.00 dollars to replace all my pipes. My 5 year lease is up in August and they want me to sign another one. I can not continue to live here with my 2 children. Sorry to go on, but my question is; What will happen if I walk away from the mobile home?
