I WAS STOPPED FOR A MV VIOLATION WHICH WAS LATER DISMISSED IN COURT, WHEN THE OFFICER PULLED ME OVER I PULLED INTO A PRIVATE PARKING LOT WHERE TRAFFIC WAS NOT A SAFETY FACTOR. THERE WERE TWO POLICE OFFICERS IN SEPARATE VEHICLES. AFTER THE OFFICER TOOK MY PAPERS AND WALKING BACK TO THE PATROL CAR I EXITED MY VEHICLE TO IDENTIFY MY SELF AS A RETIRED POLICE OFFICER. THE OFFICER ORDERED ME BACK INTO MY VEHICLE AND I DID NOT OBEY SHE STATED SHE COULD SHOOT ME AND DROPPED HER HAND TO THE SIDE OVER WEAPON. I THEN GOT BACK IN MY VEHICLE. NEEDED TO SAY I WAS FRIGHTENED. I FELT I WAS CAPTIVE IN MY VEHICLE.

What is meant by 'reentry program alignment'?

Consumers energy of MI is demanding that I pay 677.00 monthly after allowing our bill to reach a 7000.00 status. I had filed a complaint last May over a payment arrangement. In September I received a letter stating they discovered an outstanding unresolved issue and closed the issue. I did not receive statements and made numerous calls and filed more complaints. They disconnected our service and would not reconnect until we paid 778.00 which I borrowed. I am not able to pay 677.00 monthly, pay house payment, etc. and they will not accept any other arrangements! I need help quickly! I have contact public utilities and they sent them the complaint. Again I received the same answer. We do not qualify for aid nor grants. Our services will be disconnected again without an April payment of 677.00.

My partner, a sub-contractor lost his life....I was shockedand disappointed to learn that OSHA does cover sub-contractors, therefore their 'investigation' was terminated. Apparently this is a glaring FLAW in a system....likely, Nationwide....There is a need to call attention to this glaring ommission....How can attention be focused on this ? Who can I direct this to and what can 'you' suggest as to how to proceed with this. I have the names of my legislators and I can visit OSHA and write to Washington.I need advise and a direction on how to proceed....Do you believe in this....and what specific advice, direction and information can you offer....How can I publicize this locally, nationally and on the Internet....publicize this and get legal attention for this.

Does filing a motion to set for a status conference interrupt the time for abandonment?
