Minors

I am a massage therapist and work in a spa that is going to start performing massages on children from age 10 and up. The parent or guardian needs to sign a consent form but does not need to be present when the child is at the spa or in the service. I disagree and want the parent in the room during the service. A natural reaction to massage could include an erection...a natural response that could be misinterpreted by the client and or the parents. But, whereas most adults can differentiate between a therapeutic massage and sex, a young teen may not have the skills to determine this yet. I want to refuse to perform underage massage without a parent present but need to know the law that backs me up so I can relay this to my boss. This is my livelihood and I don't want to jeopardize my license over a misunderstanding.

My daughter has a minor friend who is seeking to move out of her mothers home, her mother said she is willing to sign papers to allow her to move out if that's what she chooses. I'm concerned about the minors rights and entitlements (ie her share of her child support from her father-he resides in CA-and her entitlement to Disability from her fathers claim) to assist in her financial support, if she can legally do so, also she needs medical insurance, she currently lacks medical care. I'm concerned that she be able to receive medical, dental and eye care once residing with me. I guess I'm asking how can I proceed legally to ensure she is looked after properly to protect her rights.

Im only 16 and I have a 6 month old boy. His father is 19 and we have broken up. Can I get child support even though I am so young?

I hired a babysitter, 16 years old, that does not have a drivers license. She drove my car, without my permission, and hit a tree causing over one thousand dollars damage to my car. Is it possible to put a lien on her so that she can not obtain her drivers license until she pays me for the damage that she caused to my vehicle?

I am curious as to what the legal age is that a minor can be left alone while a parent is working in Maryland? The child just turned 11 on March 26th and is being medicated for ADHD. I am concerned that my ex-sister-in-law may start leaving him to fend for himself rather than take the child to his grandmother on my side of the family (who is willing to watch him and has been doing so) on days that he does not have school ...he currently is in after school day care..but day care is closed on holidays(she is doing this out of spite...messy divorce).... Don't care what their issues are but am worried sick about this little boy being caught in the middle.
