Encroachment

I live on a lagoon. I have docked my boat in the same spot in front of my property for 30 years. The stern of my boat is 6 feet off the property line to allow for tide swings and wind. My new neighbor has tied his boat up with the anchor overhanging my property. As a result I can no longer dock my boat as before if I want to avoid damage from his anchor. I will have to move permanent docking fixture as well. Is there a set-back rule for boat docking?

My mom has been living on her property for at least 30 yrs or better. Her neighbor gave her a small portion of his property to make her carport wider. Well he is deceased now and some of his great grandchildren are living in the house about 5 yrs now. My mom's house burnt down in Oct 09 and she,s rebuilding. They came over and told the contractor her slab was on their property....... what can we do about this problem?

Recently My South Side Neighbor incorporated a wooden fence without having a professional surveyor staking out the property border. He put the fence on my property according to the land surveyor I hired afterwords. It cost me $600.00 for the survey I have asked my neighbor to move the fence on the borderline where it is being indicated by the professional land surveyor. He does not want to move the fence on the border line. Can I take off the wooden fence from my property???? Please answer.

I have a neighbor who has encroached partially with an outdoor sauna, and fully with a woodshed. We notified her of the encroachment after having a survey done 2 years ago. Her attorney threatened an adverse possession action. She had her own survey done, which upheld the result of our surveyor. We offered all kinds of win-win options, but the neighbor has been unresponsive and no adverse possession action has been initiated. How can I compel her to move the buildings. She no longer lives here and is renting her house. Can I simply move the sheds myself? I am not currently represented.

My neighbor's fence is on my property-I have sent 2 letters, cert. mail, demanding removal of the fence-can I just remove the fence or do I need a court order?
