We are an engineering firm working for a developer who has filed bankruptcy, The developer is trying to force to complete our work even though they have not paid us over 180K and the work will require another 90K to finish. Can they force to complete our contract if they are in default of payments?

A dealer ship had a buy now price on a motorcycle. I bought the motor cycle and paid for the bike. His employee did the listing. I bought the bike for the sum of $60.00. he then stated that he had average price of $65.000.00 but when i looked in the motor cycle trader he has it listed for sale at 59.900.00 he want to back off the sale what legal actions can I take

I purchased through a bank a 2006 C230 Mercedes Benz for one of my employees. I only financed it for her because her credit was so bad that she could not; however, she is making the payments, including insurance under my name. If she does not make the payments, I will get the car back as long as I am living. What legal document I need in order for my estate NOT to take this vehicle from her in case I die. She will be responsible for continuing to pay for it upon my death. Please advise. Thanks!

I have a auto repair shop, I had a customer that mislead me into thinking he was frequent customer of neighboring shop in the same complex. Based on his story he said he did business with my neighbor frequently so I thought I do the right thing and help him out. He asked if I could make some minor repairs on his vehicle and we verbally agreed on price and work to be preformed for $250. Well as you probably already know we preformed the service on good faith however, customer came back and took the car without paying. I realize this my own mistake and I won't make again but I'd like to see what my best course of action is here. I know it's not a lot money but don't want go down without a fight if plausible I have a the receipt with his vehicle info and his phone number.

My grandmother put a CD in my name I think to get money for Senior housing? Anyways she wanted me to pull the money out and I did and gave to her and now she thinks there is another account of hers and there is not..I have stated this and she does not believe me! She says she is going to take legal action? Can She? The account was always in my name only. I did give her a check and she did cash it! Does she even have any legal action to go into my bank records...Nothing was ever in her name?
