I purchased a car on Jan. 19, 2009 thinking everything was taken care of with my loan. I had all the paperwork, took out insurance, and bought a tag. I receive a call today saying the bank who was going to do my loan has refused (10) months have gone by and I need to redo the paperwork or they get the car. I paid $5000.00 down payment on the car which they would refund. What are my options?

Property Management Co. broke contract with me in TN. I signed contract in 2007 with Prop Mgt Co whose contract stipulates strict guidelines that state they will only put in a credit worthy tenant of 600 credit or higher and no pets allowed. They must also have a parental guarantee.Then a year later another management company took over and they kept this tenant in. I have proof this tenants score was well below 600 in addition she had a pet that tore up my place and she has now walked out on her lease for next 11 months. They cannot seem to get another tenant in and her roommate said her parents have been bankrupt for some time. Even on the application which I did not see until now, the mother scratched out bankrupt. Now I am out 600 a month.. I am a single mom and I can't do it. I am gonna lose my home here in CA if I don't find the funds to cover. What can I do with the lack of due diligence on the Mgmt Co.'s part? Realistically what are my rights to recovery and how long can it take? Thank you!

We buy manufactured product from a supplier in Virginia for resale. The product is defective. We wish to dispute the bill. How do we keep interest from building up on the bill until the dispute is settled?

I have a friend who has a small moving business. Residential moving and some commercial moving. I am looking for a letter of protecting for him. For example, if in the process of moving items it is damaged or the property that in which the items are being removed from. I am in need of a waiver form. Please advise.

If I let a truck go back, will I be responsible for the difference between what I owe the finance company, and what they get for the truck? It seems that I should be judgement proof as I own no property or anything of any value.
