My son bought a car from his girlfriend's mom. It isn't running, has sat in the parking lot of their apartment for at least 6 months. He has a hand written bill of sale, but the mom never could find the Title. Now he needs to fix it, use it and get a Title. How can he get one, which form should I order for him? The car isn't worth much, he paid $200 for it. Should he try for an abandoned vehicle Title?

My BMW was taken from outside my house. The registration was expired. I go to my car everyday. The cops said that the towing company wants me to pay to get my car back but I don't have the money. HE HAS NOW ADVISED ME THAT HE HAS APPLIED A GENERAL LIEN AGAINST THE TRACTORS [2] AND TRAILERS [3] WHICH TRACTORS ARE LEASED TO BV TRUCKING BY S&T HOLDINGS AND HE IS DEMANDING THAT TO RELEASE THIS EQUIPMENT HE REQUIRES A PAYMENT OF $30,000. HE STATES THAT THIS SUM INCLUDES REPAIRS, TIRES PARTS AND STORAGE. THE AMOUNT OF MONEY EXPENDED BY HIM FOR REPAIR, TIRES & PARTS AMOUNTED TO $4,500. PARTS.IS WHAT HE HAS DONE LEGAL?WHAT IS IT THAT I HAVE TO DO TO GET THE USE OF MY TRACTORS AND TRAILERS.

I was caught speeding by a police officer at night on the bottom side of a hill at on the side of the road with no lights on. So he was not visible. Is these legal? And if not, how do I defend myself I'm court?
