A dealer in Jacksonville sold me a truck. When I drove it for the first time one week later I discover the odometer was missing. I demand that he take the vehicle back but he refused but offered to buy the vehicle back for 2/3 of the amount that I paid for it. After 2 months, I accepted his offer, but I want to sue him for the difference. What are the chances of my case meeting with success? He said that when I purchased the vehicle he placed the word exempt on the mileage section of the title.

Car is titled to wife who has died and there is a lien holder on title. I cannot get car registered in state, still making payments direct since purchase and I don't know how to get car registered in my name.

I recently purchased a used vehicle ($ 33.000 Hummer ) from a local dealership, at a later date (two weeks) I learned that the vehicle had previously been wrecked. Upon speaking with the owner of the dealership he stated that he was unaware of this that he had sold this vehicle for a friend on consignment he also agreed that the repair work (painting of the hood) was substandard. At the time of purchase I did sign an as is buyers guide but also purchased extended warranty this means it went through an inspection at the dealership. I know that some states have specific disclosure laws. I do not want anything but the hood painted.
