I live on a one way street. A basketball hoop is on curb of the property of a neighbor which not only takes away a parking space on the street as kids play sometimes 5-7 hours a day (into the evening 10 pm) and the bouncing ball constantly is a nuisance too. What are Pennsylvania laws concerning these portable basketball hoops and their use on a public street?

I am a private seller who sold a vehicle to another individual. The car was great for me and the man test drove the car and asked many questions about the car to which I answered honestly. The transaction was VERY informal no signatures no contracts and cash on delivery. 8 mos later now the individual contacts me saying he is trying to sell the car and that car fax says it's been totaled. He wants all his money back! I didn't know the car had been totaled and didn't really care bc the car ran great and he admitted it did too. He says he is suing me for the money he paid for the car. Can he do that seeing as the car was sold to him 'AS IS'?

I am a c.d.l. licensed truck driver and got a reckless driving ticket in my personal vehicle paid a 170.00 dollar fine and informed my employer as required. My license was not suspended. My question is what can law enforcement do when I am pulled in for a inspection and they run a license check?

WE ARE A MARINA, DO REPAIRS, SALES AND STORAGE. A PERSON HAD HIS BOAT REPAIRED BY OUR BUSINESS, WILL NOT PAY WE HAVE THE BOAT, BANK HAS A LIEN ON BOAT. WE WILL NOT GIVE UP BOAT UNTIL PAID FOR REPAIRS ---THIS IS NOW 390 DAYS OLD --- OWNER AND BANK HAS BEEN NOTIFIED TO PAY CERTIFIED MAIL. WHAT ACTION CAN WE TAKE TO GET OUR MONEY?
