Lease Termination

I live in apartments in New Jersey. I had a one year lease which is ending on April 15th. I did not provide a notice of non-renewal as I assumed that since I received a lease termination notice from my community my lease has ended. But, after speaking to the leasing consultant in the community I realized that I had to give them a 60 day notice to move out. My question is now that my lease has ended and month-month lease has automaticlally kicked in, do I still need to give 60 notice or can I leave with a 30 notice? How can a month-month lease have 60 day notice period as the community claims?

Terminating a lease due to employment transfer 240miles round trip from current lease (Tucson to Phoenix). What are my rights.

I reside in Sedona Arizona. I am not going to renew my lease which terminates May 1, 2007. Can I use my $500 security deposit that I gave to my landlord in May of 2006 and apply it to my April's rent? Does this Arizona statue appy to me? A.R.S. 33-1321

I have a tenant who has been renting a room on a verbal month to month agreement. I advised him I want him to move by April 3, 2007. Can I legally serve him a 14 day notice to Quit? I will not accept any more rent from him.

How do you go about getting a person out of your house for non-payment of rent (also: utilities bill over $800) plus damages to the house?
