My husband complained of chest pain so we took him to the hospital. While I was driving our car broke down and we had to take help of a man who agreed to drop us in the hospital. I asked this guy to help me hold my husband and make him sit in his car. This guy didn’t hold my husband properly and my husband fell on the road and became unconscious. Can I bring an action against this guy for damages?

I got into a accident the other broke my arms and was lying on the road for an hour. Later a guy who was crossing by helped and took me to the hospital. While I was getting inside the car, his door closed before I could get inside completely and hit my right arm injuring it badly. This guy was standing right in front of me but he was negligent enough to not hold the door at that time. I believe this injury on my arm is due to this guy’s negligence? Can I sue him for damages?

Last week a patient had come as an emergency case. This patient also has his family doctor working in the same hospital but, as he was busy, his patient’s case was bought to me. I performed some emergency treatment on him before his doctor came and took charge of the further treatment. Now this doctor claims that due to my negligent treatment his patient got some severe medical issues. Can I claim the Good Samaritan defense in this case?

I am not in good terms with this neighbor. Nevertheless, in that situation I took their son to the hospital called my neighbor and left the place. Now my neighbor is threatening me saying that I caused this accident and silently left their son in the hospital. What defense can I claim in this situation?
