I fainted and fell from the bus. I was full term pregnant when this happened. I was lying on the ground crying in pain when a person who claimed to be a doctor came and helped me. He called an ambulance. In the ambulance, I starting having contractions and was in pain. This doctor gave me some medicine, which did not suit me. Although I delivered, the same day and we are fine but it could have been a threat to my child. Can I sue this doctor for giving me medicine without knowing my medical history?

A guy who had met with an accident, was lying in the road. He had sustained multiple injuries and was bleeding profusely. I tried called the ambulance and in the meantime, in order to stop, his bleeding tore his shirt and tied it around. His bleeding didn’t stop but I was too scared to do anything else. I wanna know- can I face any trouble for not doing anything else to stop his bleeding? This guy is in ICU and is in a pretty serious condition.

I helped a person who broke his arm in an accident. I called an ambulance and took him to the hospital. This person has recovered from his injury. However, he is demanding compensation from me for leaving behind his wallet and other valuables. He says he has lost a lot of money due to my negligence. Am I liable for his loss?

In Minnesota is there rule to help a person who is any state of emergency or has met with an accident? My second ques. -if a person helps a victim in a state of emergency and the victim dies, will the person be liable for the victim’s death?

I am an ambulance driver. Last week I could not reach the hospital on time and the patient that I had in my ambulance died. It was my mistake but due to traffic, we just could not make it on time. The family is harassing me by blaming me for the patient’s death. What can I do please help.
