Helping People

Will I face legal trouble for using an AED to help someone?
I had to use AED on a person when I found that he had a cardiac arrest. I know to use this device because my dad is a doctor and for educational purposes, he had taught me its usage and advantages. Can I land in any trouble for using AED on this person (I was just trying to help). This guy is doing fine now but I just want to be sure that I won’t face any trouble in future for helping a stranger.
Will the doctor receive Good Samaritan protection in Hawaii?
My brother met with an accident and was helped by a person who was present at the scene of the accident. This person, who was apparently a doctor, gave some wrong medicines to my brother due to which he died the same day. All the medical reports say that, if my brother wasn’t given the medicines (given by this doctor) then my bro would have survived. Now this doctor is trying to save himself saying he was just acting like a Good Samaritan and is not responsible for my brother’s death. Will he get protection under the GS law of Hawaii?
Can I sue someone for not helping my brother after he fainted?
Last week my brother fainted when we returning back after our family dinner. We asked a passerby to drop us home. He agreed to drop us only half way (from there I had to carry my brother to my house). He said that he had to rush home for something important. Having no other choice I accepted the little help I was getting. Can I file a case against this guy for being so unsympathetic at that time.
Am I liable for not taking an unconscious man to the hospital?
I am a doctor working at private hospital. Last week while I was driving to pick my daughter from school, I saw an old man lying unconscious on the street. I decided to help, gave him some first aid, and left when he felt a little better. Now is family has approached me saying I was negligent as a doctor as I did not take the patient to the hospital. Got to know that this guy later had a heart attack. Am I into any sort of trouble for helping this guy?
Does Good Samaritan law protect first aid given in a hospital?
If a person gives first aid to a person in a hospital who’s dying or is in some state of medical emergency, will such person be protected under the Good Samaritan law if the patient dies?
