Foreclosure

Can a bank pursue my Montana property if I face foreclosure in Washington?
Hello, I have property in Montana that I own free and clear. I have a house in Sultan, WA that I have a mortgage on. I am having a hard time making the payment. If the bank forecloses on the Sultan home can they go after my property in Montana to satisfy the remaining debt, if any?
Can the owner redeem a house after a tax sale in Indiana?
We are thinkings about buying a house that is going to be up for tax sale but we heard that the owner has 1 year to make good on the back taxes if the person pays the bidder the amount the bidder has paid on the house and the taxes is this right?

What does a rescission of default notice mean for homeowners?
What does a Notice of Rescission of Declaration of default and Demand for Sale and Notice of default and Election to Sell mean? It is notice hereby given that the beneficiary does hereby rescind, cancel and withdraw said Declaration of Default and Demand for Sale...... Intent of Beneficiary that the above described Deed of trust and all obligations secured thereby shall remain in full force and effect and maintain its rightful priority as if said Declaration and Notice had not been made and given. Does that mean the owner gets to keep the house and it no longer will be going to auction/foreclosure or short sale?
Can the bank help my daughter reclaim her foreclosed home?
Our daughter lost her job last year, could no longer pay her mortgage on a house she bought in 2008 that was soon under water, and got a job in Maryland. Bank of America has move to foreclosure (still pending) and rejected three short sale offers. She is trying to get information from the bank but will little success. Now she (a single mom) wants to move back into her house. She owes about 15K in past mortgage and has no job and no savings so cannot afford to pay any back mortgage or mortgage going forward (though we will help her for two or three months in the hopes she is able to get a job and afford the mortgage). Question: Is there ANY chance the bank will work with her to help her reclaim her house? We will appreciate an answer to help us make a decision today. We have a rental truck loaded with her furniture and stuff from Maryland and she wants to move in tomorrow! She is dreaming of reclaiming her lovely little bungalow and I say this is not reasonable. Help us settle this. Thanks!
