Have my rights been violated by a county manager's actions?
I had a phone consult with a private investigator regarding my husband's possible infidelity. The investigator talked to a person that i gave him permission to talk with. However, that person then in turn talked to his boss who is a county manager to make sure there was not a conflict of interest since the private investigator also did contract work for the same county and my husband also worked for the county. The county manager advised the person i trusted to tell the investigator to refer it out to another investigator. The county manager then chose to call my husband the next morning and tell him i was having him investigated which caused major drama for me. Have my rights been violated by this county manager? If so, what are my options?
Can I sue a doctor for discussing my concerns about my father?
I called to speak to my dying father's DR. about the possibility that he may have been poisoned over a period of time and I was concerned it was or could be his spouse. I made it clear to the receptionist that this was to remain confidential and that I simply wanted to talk to the DR about it.I told her if He determined there was no way I would have dropped my suspicions. Anyway this DR. took it upon himself to call my Dad and as a result I have been relieved of executing his estate and cut out of his will. I NEVER SPOKE ONE WORD to the DR. Not even a hello. Now because of his actions I am left in the cold and have NO relationship with my father. Do I have a case against this DR. and what would that be?
