ESTABLISED SRING FOOTBALL LEAGUE 2009 COMMUNICATED INTENTIONS TOPERSONS WHO WERE INTERESTED IN BEING A PART OF MY VENTURE...i WAS SURPRISED TO LEARN THAT SOME THOSE SAME PARTIES WERE USING MY INFORMATION TO START ANOTHER NEW SPRING FOOTBALL RECENTLY...PRIOR TO MY LEAGUE OPENING. ..CAN I FILE AN INJUNCTION??

I went to my company and told them I had a drug problem and wanted to get help. I was put on FMLA and went to rehabilitation. I was allowed to return to work after one month of rehab. I am in sales and commissions are paid to me based on sales in my territory. When I did return to work, the Sales Mgr. changed my territory and took me off of accounts that spent many dollars with us and put me in a developing territory cutting my income quite a bit. I also had to travel more and was away from home more than the territory that I was actually hired for. This took place in November and December of 2006. My question is two fold. Is it legal for the company to change my job and income after admitting my problem and if not, have I waited too long to do anything about this. I am asking now because the guy that was my sales mgr. has been fired by the company and I feel free to ask, he had told me before not to make waves about it or it could cost me my job.

I have a 5 year lease on a restaurant and I still employ a person who is loyal to my landlord and he asked her very private questions about my business he has promised her mgmt. position after my lease expired and she i stalking about this in my restaurant ! What legal options do I have? I feel that this is not the behavior that a lessor/ landlord should display with a lessee of his property.It really puts me in an awkward position with my customers in the restaurant.Please advise me on how to properly handle this because it is hurting my business.Fire her? Sue him? What?

I am a nuclear worker and travel to different plants. I am in Florida now and would like to purchase a condo. would I lose my per diem? also, can i own but put in another name to make it legal?

Explain law in reference to Registered Nurse paid hourly. Employer just changed overtime to comp time permitting only one hour comp for one hour worked. No comp time and 1/2 is permitted.
