Emancipation of Minor

I am a 20-year-old student. I wish to file a petition in the court for Emancipation. I want to know the rights of an Emancipated minor in Puerto Rico.

I want to get away from my parents who are very overbearing. I am self-sufficient and am 16 years old. I want to know the procedure for emancipation in Florida.

My son is 15 years old and is a rebellious child. He does not wish to attend school and when I force him to go to school, he gets upset and throws tantrums. On one such day he threatened me by saying that he would file a petition for emancipation and just leave home to live independently. I was taken by surprise. Are there any laws in Utah that would allow a minor boy to start living on his own? Till what age is a boy considered minor in Utah?

I am a 17 year old girl, living in Idaho. I got married recently and I wish to earn some money for fulfilling my own needs without depending on my spouse or parents. Can I enter into a contract for employment in Idaho? Would I still be considered a minor after marriage?

I have enough income to sustain myself and have already moved out of my parents’ house. I want to know the possibility of getting an emancipation from the court in Colorado.
