May teachers in Texas photograph students to document disciplinary issues?

My son is 21 and needs to file for emancipation in order to get federal grant for college.

As a resident of Pennsylvania I have taken a religious exemption for immunizations for my son which had been accepted for PA school attendance. May he continue this exemption to attend college in the state of Virginia?

I am a mother and sole legal & physical custodian of two minor children. Their father has every other weekend visitation rights. I am also pro se in court. My daughter attends public school as a second grade student and my son will attend the same school next year as a kindergarten student.I understand the FERPA laws and don't have a problem with the children's father seeing grade cards. I have run into a problem. The school also sends all additional correspondence to my children's father. Any time that our daughter does anything negative or gets any bad grade, he receives the report and copies of the papers. I believe in punishing for negative behavior and grades, so I punish her accordingly. What is happening is she is also getting punished for the same thing at his house during his periods of weekend visitation. She spends the entire weekends, at times, in her room instead of enjoying time with her father. Her teacher is aware that this happens but is unable to prevent it as I am. My daughter's father will make special phone calls when he gets a negative report. He will tell her that if she doesn't straighten up it will be no fun at daddies. She dreads going over to his house and cries at school about what daddy will do. Is there a way to get FERPA rights taken away due to constant mental cruelty/abuse? If so, what needs to be filed exactly? Please help.

How many classes and grade levels can a school make you teach in one day? i am currently teaching 6th, 7th, and 8th grade (Math, History, English, and Science). No breaks no aides. Alternative Ed school
