Drivers License

What can I do if I feel a police officer is harrassing my family?
I was arrested for DWI in December walking into a bar. Now my brother just got a DWI while he was at work as a bartender when he moved a customers car 1 block to a municipal parking lot, something he has done for years as a service to those that are too impaired to move their car to overnight parking. This officer was involved in both arrests. My brother is one of my witnesses in my DWI. Is there any harassment or witness tampering cases to support. My case looks like it will be dismissed because of an illegal stop. We both refused a breath test.
What are the rules for getting a Driver's License After Epileptic Seizure in Oregon?
An Oregon domiciled person 67 years old working overseas had his first (and hopefully last) epilectic seizure (full unconsciousness) two months ago and is on Dilantin medication indefinitely. If he doesn't ever have another seizure, how long must he wait before he can answer 'no' to the question on the Oregon drivers license renewal question of 'Do you have any physical or mental conditions or impairments that affect your ability to drive safely?' I have read that if two years pass without another seizure, then this question can be answered 'no'. Is this true? Is there somewhere in Oregon statutes that supports this 'two year' idea which comes from the URL below? http://www.epilepsyfoundation.org/living/wellness/transportation/drivinglaws.cfm In order to obtain a license, an individual who has suffered a loss of consciousness or physical control, or has had his or her ability to drive impaired within the last 2 years must supply a 'Certificate of Medical Eligibility' that the condition does not interfere with his or her ability to drive.

Could I get a hardship license to operate my business?
I have not had a drivers license in Michigan since 1984. Yes, I have been driving. My license have been revoked so I need a hardship license if at all possible. I have never been able to get a restricted license to go to and from work. I have had employees drive but most did not show up so I have driven and gotten caught. I need a license to operate my sales business. I am self employed. I have had driving while license suspended tickets and driving while license suspended II offense tickets just a few days ago. Again, an employee to drive was a no show so I had to drive. A lady hit my truck. Since I do not have a license, I got the ticket for driving while license suspended and not yielding to traffic. She actually hit me; but without a license, I could not argue. My vehicle was impounded and I received jail tickets; which is a problem. My license were revoked till 2015 or 2021 or longer.
