I am looking to find a way to get my driver's license released back to me. I recieved a ticket in Las Vegas, Nevada, and they still have my license. What type of legal forms do I need. I've already written a letter to Clerk County, in Nevada.

Can a 16 yr old youth obtain a drivers license under special circumstances to drive to/from school. He lives in a rural area and attends a school abut 8 miles from his residcence. There is no public transportation or any transportation services provided by his school. His guardian has been gravely ill recently, is currently disabled and unable to drive.

How long does it take to know if a person will be charged with DUI after a car accident?

Is a Felony Assault charge that resulted in an SIS and two years probation 12 years ago grounds for refusal of a Conceal Carry license?

My daughter received a traffic ticket and the officer took her drivers license. She plead guilty and mailed in the amount she owed to the Joliet Illinois Circuit Court House. She received her license back in the mail after a short time. Soon after she was stopped again for a traffic violation and the officer said her license was suspended. The officer gave her a $1000 dollar ticket for driving on a suspended license which she denied, and the officer did not take her license. She did not pay the fine yet...she since has moved to Colorado and what a surprise she received a ticket. The officer issued her a ticket and also took her license because he said it was suspended. What I am trying to do is get a form from the Joliet Circuit court called a reversal and correction form as I was told it was called so we can get this corrected some how. She has a phone appearance call on November 2nd. I called the Joliet Courthouse and no one seems to know what I am talking about. Can you help or offer any advise to get this issue rectified?
