I worked for a fast food company for three years. This summer I was made manager. I am also a full time college student. My boss was texting me in school and harassing me to work more hours. I told her I couldn't and quit. So now she is giving me bad references for future jobs. What can I do?

Can a judge dismiss with prejudice a 2 1/2 yr. old suit because the Plaintiff is disabled and unable to secure an attorney because she needs to get a loan and Judge granted request to dismiss without prejudice. Plaintiff filed Pro Per knowing her disability would not let her proceed to court (Ephasia, inability to speak due to stroke). Tried to use a person holding power of attorney to act on her behalf for two years of suit. This suit is in Arizona, quiet title action, both parties pro per.

I own a cleaning service franchise called Merry Maids. On 10/6/06 customer agreed to biweekly service on his home. He did not pay for 3rd & 4th cleaning. We cancelled their service for non payment. Made several phone calls, emails and letter. No response. Sent file to collection agency. No collection made. The date payment was not made was 12/4/06. Can I file a civil suit/small claims court? Is it too late? Thank you.
