My wife on a domestic violence police report made a false statement by saying that I had used fraud to put my name on the house title. This police report got published and I can easily prove that she told a lie and had slandered me. Can I sue her for punitive damages for either libel or slander?

They refereed to my clients as 'GARBAGE IN GARBAGE OUT.' THE DIRECTORS BOUGHT THEMSELVES NEW HOMES IN LA JOLLA AND LEXUS CARS BUT THE CLIENT COUNDN'T EVEN HAVE A BUS PASS TO GET TO THE INTERVIEW. THEY FIRED HUNDREDS AND HUNDREDS OF PEOPLE. The disabled community is 82% unemployed so they keep their head down. They are afraid to come forward. The EEOC investigated this non profit for over a year talking to hundreds of people. Because they are nationwide the EEOC instigated SYSTEMIC CHANGE. I have a thousand documents. What is the Statute of Limitations in Pennsylvania for Malicious Prosecution?

I filed for divorce in South Carolina in January 2009. I have been legally separated for over one year but no progress has been made in case whatsoever; no child support, no custody, etc. although children are currently residing with me. Can I move my divorce proceedings here since we will continue to reside here? Husband has been and will remain in Maryland. He is not even in SC.
