I noticed you have a question and answer about service animals and I have a similar situation. We are a major restaurant chain and believe more and more people are faking service animals to bring them in our restaurants. As I understand it other major store chains and other public places are having more and more problems with fake service dogs. Do you have any State laws on the subject?

Is it legal in the state of Arizona for a apartment manager to make tenants re-register their dog(s) to enforce the dog restrictions? According to the lease any dog owner who signs lives in the complex must register their dog(s) at the time they sign their lease to include the pet's name, weight, type of dog and license number for the state of Arizona. There is also a restriction on the breed, weight and number of dogs allowed which is 2. I have noticed that there are more dogs here and some of them are over the legal limit, which is 100 lbs.

I bought a puppy approx 3 weeks ago who had a congenital liver defect that caused her to have severe seizures, brain damage & had to be euthanized. The breeder states that she will refund my money when I give her all the documentation. Unfortunately I signed a bill of sale that said 'as is'. When I asked the seller re this he stated that he always wrote that as he sold used cars in the past. Now the breeder is willing to refund the purchase price if I give her all the documentation from the 3 vets that cared for my puppy. I sustained approx $1700 in vet bills. Do I have a leg to stand on to sue these people for my vet bills?
