What forms need to accompany a 'PETITION FOR ARMINISTRATION (Intestate Florida resident - single petitioner'?

I need to do an Heirship. My friend's mother passed away and he is the only heir. She has a will leaving everything to him. All she had was a very inexpensive piece of property. A neighbor of the property purchased the property from my friend. He now wants to transfer the property into the buyer's name. His mother had nothing else of value and no other heirs. What are the steps I need to take to complete this?

We are german citizens located in Germany. Our aunt deceased in 2008 at her home in Pamberton. Currently, the testament and last will from her which is completely written by typewriter, it is not penned handwritten, is this typewritten last will valid by law for the state New Jersey? In Germany there are only handwritten testaments and last wills are valid by law. Of course the testament is handwritten signed by our aunt and one more witness. Are typewritten testaments/last wills in the state of New Jersey are valid by law or not?

My mother-in-law has $120,000.00 total in to separate banks. My sister-in-law has her name 2nd on both accounts, my wife was told that in the will everything monotarily would be divided equally between her and her sister. Someone told my wife that 2nd on the account gets the money unless the account #'s are listed in the will. We live in Ohio.

My husband passed away over 2 years ago. I would like to have our house deed in my name only, the house is paid for. Is this something I can do through Legal Zoom?
