Restraining Order

I was recently sent a temporary 'good behavior' order from an old acquaintance. I think it was sent out of vigilance because I've not talked to her on the phone since 8/11/09 and she called me. I've not emailed her since 2/18/10 and it was in response to hers. I've not sent her a text message but once since 2/18 and it was intended to inform of something going on that I did not want to be accused of initiating. I only see her on the road when passing while we are both driving to work. I've never seen her any other time. I don't know the reason so if I go through an attorney, does the court have to tell me exactly what the allegations are? And since I'm fearful she my see me somewhere and try to 'start' something so she can turn me in, can I get a full fledged (permanent) restraining order against her to stay at least 100' or so away from me at all times?

Is a preliminary injunction issued in Louisiana enforceable in Colorado? The reason I ask... My ex husband has an injunction against my boyfriend in Louisiana and it includes my children. Will my boyfriend be held in contempt if he is around my children in Colorado?

Is a restraining order or harrassment order be served to me with no page with servers signiture or me signing? Can I stay in my apt. until judge decides? My roommate is the person who is applying for the orders. We are both on the lease and I have offered to sign papers to release her from our lease agreement at the apt. office. Her claims are lies and invalid. She had a friend give them to me with no proof of service page or me signing them.

i have a protective order against my husband, so he is not living at our residence. He has a file cabinet still there that has a key lock on it, so therefore I can not get into it. The cabinet contains my auto insurance policy and other documents that relate to me, can I legally get into the cabinet. Or do I have any right to it.

i have a friend his wife left him 7 months ago for another man. they were married 24 yrs. she comes to their house where he is living early morning hours and raises alot of commotion. and threatens me bodily harm if i am there. the house and land is in their name together, he has stayed there since she left, and she has lived with this other man. for 7 months. is there anything he can do about this
