My ex and I divorced last year and I was awarded our house in Florida and one in Ohio. What form do I use for these houses for a Quit claim. She is currently oveseas but will return in June after I travel overseas for work, so we will not be in the country at the same time, but could sign off on the forms seperately. Do I use the individual to individual form?

WE HAVE A DRIVEWAY EASEMENT THAT GOES TO THE MAIN ROAD. OUR NEIGHBORS WANTS TO PUT GATES UP ACROSS THE DRIVEWAY FOR THEIR COWS AND HORSES. CAN THEY BLOCK THE DRIVE WAY LIKE THAT TO WHERE WE CAN'T GET IN OR OUT ?

My husband owned 50% of our home and the property it is on with a friend who also resided with us at property. The friend passed away in Nov. 2010. How do we go about having his name removed from the deed? Are there any forms online I can use to do this?

My husband and I bought a house under my name and my brother in law's name, I put my name and my brother in law's name on the deed, I didnt know you could put anybody you wanted on the deed. my question is what forms do I need to fill out to change the names on the deed, to mine and my husband's name, And what is it that my brother in law needs to sign to release the property to us, He is not paying the property we are because is our is just that it's under his name and mine, and I just want to make sure that the property is under my husband and name.

I am uncertain if an easement was issued in 1992 when I bought my home. I have been under the assumption it was. The property my home is on is encroached on by an apartment building by 1.7 feet and the water, sewage, and other utilities of these apartments run through my back yard. I was told at the time as a first time home buyer I had no choice I had to sign an easement for the public utilities, not for the utility company but for the owner of the apartments use. It has caused a mess for 20 years. The owner of the apartments at the time I bought the home lost the property in 1994. The current owner does no maintenance to the encroachment area. I have been told by our City Water Director that I did not have to give him an easement and that I could have forced him to move the water lines to his property. Can an easement that might have been issued be revoked by me now. I want his mess out of my yard. I am searching title and deed certificates but would like to know if I have a legal hopes of correcting a novice mistake made 20 years ago. If I signed an easement allowing his water lines, sewage, utilities, and water meter to be on my property, can I go to court and revoke it and force him to relocate?
