My Divorce is not final and I just inherited a large amount of money from my Mom's Revocable Trust. We will owe a considerable amount to the legal system. I do not work and my soon to be Ex has a large income. I know in Georgia he is not eligible for the money, but will I have to pay half or any of all the Court costs? Will I be legally responsible? This is a Divorce from Hell as he has emotionally abuse my son and I for y ears and proof of secretion of assets, a huge amount of stock sold and much more.

A Will was written up by my Ex's Father during the time of our marriage of 30 years. It was written in 1988 while we were still married and we divorced in Jan. '09. Am I entitled to a part of the $50,000 my ex. will be getting?

I was awarded the credit card and debt during the mediation agreement, prior to being awarded the CC my ex-wife charged her legal fees to the card. In the divorce decree it states that both parties are responisible for their own legal fees. She did not and has not made any payments to the credit card for two months prior to the mediation agreement. Do I have legal standing to recoup the charges?

If I divorce my husband , Will I get half of our home we have shared in both our names for five years although it was given to him by his Mother and Father before we married ? He added me on the title after we were married because I took the money I had saved and replaced the floors ,and carpets,the home and land are in both our names . I have put a lot of money into this home ,he is a alcoholic, and I want a divorce but have nowhere else to go .

After eighteen years of marriage (she is retired military), I am ready for a divorce. My question is as the husband (I am on disability) am I able to receive a portion of her retirement pay and am I obligated to help her refinance our home?
