Can a finance company make my spouse pay for my leased vehicle after my death?
I have a leased vehicle and my name is the only name on the contract. Cancer may take my life before the contract is completed. Can the finiance company make my spouse, who is not on the contract, pay the remaining balance?
Why do I need to provide my social security number as a beneficiary?
I am a beneficiary in a will. The family home has been sold and the proceeds have been distributed to four family members. I am being asked to give my social security number to the executor and am not on good terms with that individual. I am aware I will have to file taxes on my share of the estate but why would I have to give my social security number now that the estate administration has been completed?

Is there a law requiring an executor of a trust to send an itemized cost list of the expence's of the attorney, bills, and the rest of the estate to the living heir's. Also is there a time frame for this information? This is in Utah.
