Paternity

Wen a uniform parentage is started by the mother and she's only asking for child custody and visitation, nothing specified more than that, does this end up as to where the state will make the father now pay child support? the parents are not together, never been married, and its in California.... Does this ultimately have state set a child support amount to the father? She gets medi-cal. And the father has his insurance for the child as well... Both parents have no issues and the mother lets the father see his son Wen ever he wants.

What forms are needed to end child support payments and forgive arrears?

if im the father of a minor child but i do not have custody or gaurdianship of the child can i still use the child for advertisment of my business, Such as having the child read my advertisment on the radio?

My son's father passed away in December of '09. He was not there when our son was born. I need to establish paternity for social security purposes however the grandmother of my son is not willing to do a paternity test. I need to petition the court for paternity against the grandmother of my son. Is there a form or something I can do to go about doing this?

I filed for divorce November 2 2000 and i applied for an order of protection oct 27 2000. Also i had a vasectomy may 5 2000. The divorce lasted over 2 years and was final march 21st 2003 in which i received full custody of my 3 daughters. On august 24 2001 my estranged wife gave birth to a boy, almost 10 months after i filed for divorce. The babies biological father is on the birth certificate and in 2002 she took him to court to establish paternity and child support. He disappeared and never fulfilled his responsibility. Now in 2011 my ex has had cps take the 3 children she had out of wedlock away from her due to drug use. I was served by the court naming me as the father of the child born while we were still legally married. What rights do i have? This is so wrong in so many ways. Am i considered the presumed father because of some stupid law?
