Name Change

I would like to legally change my 14 yr old and 10 yr olds last name to my current married name. Their father has not been in their lives for the last 5 yrs at all and has been in their lives sporadically since they've been born. He's been more absent in their lives than he's been there. He's never paid a dime of child support and when our divorce was final he was granted supervised visitation through the SAFE PROGRAM, he hasn't contacted them to see his children. Both of my children love my husban that I'm married to now and would like to change their names to his last name. I'd like this to be done and would like to know if I have a chance?

Hi - I just got married and am planning to change my last name. I ALSO want to change the spelling of my first name. I have been spelling my name differently since grade-school and figured since my last name is changing, this would be a good time to take care of my first name as well. What do I need to do?

Can a minor's name be changed (to reflect the married name of the minor's mother) without the noncustodial parent (in this case the father) giving up parental rights?

i been married with my husband 6 month ago now his name has been change, i want to carry is new name, i filed a petition in the same court i been married for me to carry me husband name they denied it. they don't want to change it in the marriage certificate even thou they have the prove that the name granted to change, is like i should wait to married with the new name , the also they never done that before once you married is sealed. in that case i would like to know should i annul it , get remarried with the new name. or change all my doc in the new name, but the all name will remain the same in the certificate. i want it to change in the marriage certificate, in that case do i'm eligible for annulment.

When I was born, my name on my birth certificate read denae durbin. When I was about 5, my parents began using my name as -------- (my stepfathers last name) this was never done legally. I received a SSC card in the name ------ then I began working. When I got married, I signed my marriage certificate from ---- and it was changed to --- (my husbands last name.) I have recently moved to Florida where I am trying to get my drivers license. The information they have requested is my current drivers license (in the name -------) my Birth certificate (in the name ---) my SCC card (in the name -----) and a marriage license linking the names together. My issue is, I have no documentation saying that the name ---- (on my birth certificate) links with -----. What do I do?????
