Landlord Tenant

How do I evict a tenant that is not paying rent?
I am renting a house on a month to month basis. The tenant has not paid rent for the last nine months under the premise that the rent was going to repairs and misc. things that needed to be done, plus she has been trying to get financing to buy it so I haven't rushed to kick her out. Now though the time has come. I am putting the house up for sale and I want to know the legal way to evict her.
Is the landlord responsible for rodent control?
I have been renting from my landlord for about two years. There is a problem with pigeons perching at our house. They peck at the house and windows and leave feces everywhere, including cars and clothes left out to dry. They also make there way into our attic somehow. We also find mice and mice feces all over our apartment, especially in the pantry. Very unsanitary to say the least. I have made my landlord aware many times and it doesn't seem to be of a priority to her. Can you please guide me as to whether or not this is the landlord’s responsibility to hire a professional to rid these rodents?
Can I be eveicted if I paid cash to buy my interest in this cooperative?
I have been evicted from a low-moderate income non-profit cooperative. I believe that my eviction was illegal since I was given no notice of any legal proceedings. I paid $25,000.00 cash to buy my interest in this cooperative. Neither management nor their attorneys will talk to me.
Can my landlord remove my mail from the mailbox?
Can my landlord remove my mail box and mark my mail "not here"?
What can I do if my landlord is evicting me in retalliation of filing a complaint against him?
My landlord is trying to evict me from my apartment because I requested that she remove the snow from the last time it snowed in March of this year (2007). When she did nothing about removing the snow and ice from the common walk area, I called Bayonne Quality of Life to file a complaint with the city of Bayonne. About a week after my complaint to the City of Bayonne, I recieved an eviction notice from my landlord in writting. In the notice that she sent to me she did not state the reason for the eviction and has given me 90 days to move out. This is the frist and only letter or summons from her that I have received. My landlord has not started the court process as of yet. I do not want to move at this time. I can not afford it. It would be a hardship for me and my family to move at this time. I do not have a lease, I have been living there for almost 4 years, I pay my rent on time every month, and I do not owe any back rent. I have recently started a new job in the medical field, I have a 9 year old son, who has Asthma. I would like to know what my rights are and how I go about responding to my landlords eviction letter.
