We are interested in starting a web membership on line business. The membership base would be players of a game board program. The question is about the Domain web site name. We would like to use the board name in the title, but not sure if that is legal.The web site would a connection for members to meet and talk. What is the leagal issues surrounding this type of membership on line web site?

Starting a business, about to start the web design process. The web designers were asking how many pages and sub pages I need. So that got me thinking, what kind of legal documents do I need to be protected (disclaimer, copyright etc..). My company is a corporation that will be studying, analyzing the global economy and then issuing reports/newsletters on major economic trends to give our international paid subscribers better insight. Some websites like GloomBoomDoom.com have a disclaimer at the bottom. What do I need? What goes Where (on website or in emailed newsetters?)?

I am 50% owner of Buy and Ship International. Recently our site had a virus placed on it which completely rendered it useless, and it Norton has given our site an unsafe rating with 79 threats. Yesterday our entire site was wiped off. I contacted our dedicated server people, Single Hop, and they were able to obtain the ftp log and proof of the party who did this. It was Autxloo, a company we were going to do business with, but we declined to do so. What are our legal options? We now have everyone afraid to go to our site. Should we report this to the FBI? I am waiting for legal advice.

is it illegal to break in to someones email?

I want to do a website directory. Can I list the following information that I find on company websites such as:Name of Company with phone number (click to call), address, Website and e:mail? WITHOUT their permission? Also, if yes I can list it... what happens if they change their e:m;ail without telling me. Can they hold me accountable?
