Full question:
Re Amazon.comThis has to do with this company blocking me from a sellers account because of another person that I don't even know made a mistake two or three years ago. I got a job at the same company. Apparently the company is blocked too. The person doen't even work here any more...from what I understand. I am writing to ask if Amazon blocks all my accounts (three in total all my personal accounts) because I work for this company... can they do that. I have thousands of dollars of books I want to sell and can not because I got a job at a school where a person made a mistake, got fired two years ago... This is wrong... I am not that person. These are just two of the emails:I sent a few, the first two or three were not saved as I typed them in on their site. Those letters were with more details... this is my fourth one:Fourth Request:Dear Amazon.comI am bent on getting my accounts reopened for selling texts. Answer:
You have attempted to resolve your account blocking with Amazon, but your efforts have been unsuccessful, and the block appears to be permanent. Since this is a dispute between private parties, your options may include: (1) accepting Amazon's decision and exploring other online platforms to sell your books, (2) reviewing any written agreement you have with Amazon to see if it includes provisions for arbitration or mediation of disputes, or (3) consulting an experienced internet lawyer to assess if you have grounds for a legal claim against Amazon regarding your account block. The third option may be costly and time-consuming, even if viable. Both the second and third options require consulting a knowledgeable lawyer. Between these options, reviewing your agreement with Amazon is generally more reasonable, but neither may be affordable or practical.
