Can an agent hand deliver a life insurance policy

I was half beneficiary to my mothers $50,000 life insurance she passed away 2years ago they paid it all to my daughter which was the other half she got it all I've been 2 yrs trying to get them to tell me they made a mistake finally they told me I should have got half should I have to wait till they collect it back from her to get my part their mistake not mine. My daughter is going to be upset I'm worried this has. Amuse me so much stress and can I sue for you mental health?

A women passed away in May and left a life insurance policy to her mother and another to her husband and 3 children. Her mother passed away 3 years ago, so who does the insurance policy that was left to her mother go to? Her husband and 3 children or her mothers husband (they were separated for almost 15 years)?

can i file an insurance claim in my dead grandmother name for stolen property of mine from her home,then deposit G mom's ins check into my account,then have beneficiary to sign not to have check to be apart of estate filings,then have them to sign not to sue me before they can receive their inheritance ?

My car was totaled last month, the other driver's insurance accepted responsibility. However after many discussions we are still $3,000 apart on the value of the car. My plan is to take their check and sue the other driver in small claims court. If I deposit their check will writing 'accepted as partial settlement' with my endorsement will that protect my right to continue on with small claims court? Should I not deposit their check until after small claims? Basically, how do I move on to the next step of suing in small claims for the remainer of what I know is owed?
