What is the Good Samaritan law in Utah?
I am a doctor. The other day I asked the nurse on duty to administer CPR on a patient. I was attending another emergency patient at that time. Now this patient didn’t respond to the CPR and died. Now the family is blaming me for his death. They say I should not have called the nurse and should have given CPR myself. Can I claim protection under the Good Samaritan law?

I helped a guy who was hit by a motorbike. I offered to drop him at the hospital. On our way, my car’s break suddenly stopped working and we ended up hitting a pole. Luckily, we didn’t get hurt much(we both got a few bruises). But this guy is blaming for his bruises which is absolutely false. Can I claim protection under the Good Samaritan law of Washington?

I am a doctor. Recently I went to my child’s sports day. During the event, one student (11 years old) got hurt so I offered to treat this child. Unfortunately, her parents had not arrived when this whole incident happened. I treated this student and gave her some medicines. I have a doubt- can I land in trouble for not taking this parents consent before starting the treatment.

My wife fainted while we were walking in the park. A guy who claimed to be a doctor offered help and we went to his house. (His house is very close to this park) he gave my wife some medicines and when she was okay we left his house. His medicines had a bad reaction on my wife’s body and she got some sort of infection. Can we hold this doctor responsible for the same?

I’m a kidney patient. While I was in office, I fainted due to high blood pressure. My colleague took me to the medical room in our building and left me with the nurse over there. This colleague knows about my health and diseases still he did not care to take me to the hospital. Can I sue her for not arranging for further treatment despite knowing about my disease?
