is it too late for my granparents to get their property back if they were tricked into giving it awa
My grandparents who can not read or write with the exception of their names where tricked into transfer some of their property to their daughter. The deed was signed and the daughter who received the property signed as a witness. I know that since she signed as a witness of the transaction where she is benefiting the need maybe no good but this happen in 1995. Is it too late to do anything legally to get my grandparents property back. My grandfather is deceased and my grandmother is still living.
