Expungement of Criminal Records

my daughter wants to apply to law school. she will be 22 at that time. she had 3 misdemeanors when she was 17. domestic violence, and possession of drug parephenlia. what needs to be done to get this expunged??

My friend has a felony arrest record. He was not convicted but he still has the arrest record. It hinders him from getting employment. He is 2 years from being able to get it expunged. Is there anyway to get it done sooner. He has finished college and continue to try to get meaningful employment.

I was arrested over 10 years ago on a bogus charge of child abuse... it was thrown out and never went to trial. (this was in Alabama by the way) i read where on your web page there is a way for those records to go away... how can i do that in Alabama? BTW i have been a teacher for the past 7 years and am tired of having to answer the question... is there a way to have that arrest record in Alabama expunged?
