Divorce

I currently am living in Co, I am a resident of MS, but I was married in TN. I got a car that we are both on the registration, but I am the only one on the loan. She has committed adultry and is living with the man the did this with. She wants the car, and wants me to pay for it, so can I file for a divorce here or MS, and/or TN? Which state do I need to file in? I am in the U. S. Navy, and what can I do about this legally, because she will not make up her mind on whether she wants the car or not. I want to file a noncontestant divorce, because I can not afford a full out price of a divorce, is there anything I can do, and which state do I or can I file in for a divorce and what can I do about the car?

I owned my home before I was married. I was married 10 years and my husbund left me. Is he entitled to my house?

I need more info of a promise to pay form for child support order.

My husband and I had business together an he abandoned me taking all our cash and assets in June 2002. It has taking me this long to get alimony and now he's trying to get it thrown out of court because he has been living in Daytona Beach, FL. He says he has nothing. I have not received any kind of settlement or susport, yet. How do I keep the enforced order the judge gave me and not let him just walk away just because he says he has nothing (our business had a net gross of $1.8 million when he wiped everything out and left). I did not see anything coming, we had been married over 17 years an built our company together.

While pending a divorce can my spouse take out any loans or do anythng with your name. ETC 2nd mortgage on house, etc.
