During my marriage, I received sizable cash and EE Bond gifts from my grandparents. Some were used by my mate to invest in a business venture that failed or for purchases. What is the status of their value during a divorce?

I am married, my husband and I have recently been arguing and have decided to end our marraige. I have two minor boys, ages 8 and 3. My husband is living in Atlanta GA where he works with his brother. He is threating to evict me and my kids out of our home we share together which the house note is in his parents name. My question is can he kick me and my kids out or is there something I can file legally stop this from happening and my kids and I are out on the streets?

Long story short, I live in Oregon, ex-husband lives in Chicago. Divorce was granted in Cook County. He is taking me to court, for modification of child support, I have custody. I am pro se. I need to subpoena his tax and bank records for court. Is there some sort of Interstate version of this and can I just send the subpoena to his attorney as I do not have his address?

I found out my husband was still married when we got married. He divorced after we were married, can I take him to court on my own for annulment?

Our son was married in the state of Washington 10 months ago. He went into the armed forces and while he was gone his wife committed adultery. He wants to file a legal separation. He has been in Texas and will be stationed there. Which state should he file in and would that state have jurisdiction?
