My Son went on a hunting trip in Montana and during the hunt he disappeared and the other hunters could not locate him. It has been 3 years ago. He has a family and has life insurance. I hate to assume he died but he would not be the type to not let us know he is ok. We live in

My grandfather bought 16-18 plots in the family cemetery located in TN. A family member wishes to have his ashes buried in one of the plots the family owns. Can we open the grave site ourselves and bury his ashes ourselves, or do we have to pay the cemetery to hire someone to do it?

We have cemetery plots in a rural township cemetery. At the time of purchase, no rules were in effect to limit burial to below ground. We have 6 lots and were planning on having above vaults. It has come to my attention that now the 3 trustees of the township have made a change in the rules of the cemetery to prohibit any above ground burial. What rights do I haveas this is where all my family is buried and I do want to still be buried here but under the rules when we purchased the lots. My address is in Champaign County, but the cemeter is Berea Cemetary, Mosquito Township, Christian County, Illinois. Thank you

I believe the will divides all property 3 ways presumably making all three of us rightful heirs. Both of my brothers have since died. What the bank requires to release the funds to me is court order naming me sole heir. What do I do?
