I am a Corporate Sales Executive with Brown & Brown and my client is wanting information regarding consequential damages on their General Liability and Excess policies.

Three short questions - Colorado - what is the CCR Rule for: Filing exemplary damages (Time and form), Jury Instructions by Rule and Failure to state a claim upon which relief can be granted - CCR and legal definition.

Have been w/ company for 20 years. Reported new manager to HR and Ethics Dept. because he had not paid hourly people overtime, but comp. time. He wanted me to do the same. Have been retaliated by him for 4 months. Company said they investigated claim of OT, but found out they did not. Company never addressed retaliation issue until now. What would be a fair settlement package? I worked my way up in the company w/only a high school education. Now am a Regional Ops. Mgr. making 80,000 a year. They have turned over to outside litigation attorney.

We are a telemarketing co. in Fl Due to the nature of our business we have charge back. We have a customer who got their money returned. The individual has sent us a summons from her hometown stating she is pursuing a claim for lack of services?By law we obeyed what our merchant services told us.They refunded her money!How can she followup with a summons?

What does a compensation for loss of use and loss of enjoyment mean? What type of damages are these?
