I was wondering if it against the wall to permit two teenageers to fight? One on one fair fight no weapons, 60 seconds. then to sqash it.

I work for a child support agency. My job is highly stressful. I never receive a call for someone who is happy with their court orders, made by the Judge and not myself. Every phone call and client contact is from an unhappy obligee and obligor. I asked my Supervisor if we have to tolerate the cursing and verbal abuse from these clients and I was told YES, it is part of the job. I feel that it is harassment. P.S. I have 17 years at this agency, I am over 50 and I have multiple sclerosis and need my health insurance to pay for my medicine, so I can't just find another job. Are there harassment laws to prevent this client abuse? Or, is it part of my job?

My son is a 1st year college student working towards a degree in education. He was out with, what I would call, the wrong crowd one night. After getting pulled over the police retrieved from under the seat of the car where my son was sitting a bag with about $10.00 worth of marijuana. My son confessed to the officer that this was indeed his. He obviously now has a court date. My first question is can he be convicted of a misdemeanor involving marijuana and still teach? My second question is, can this charge possibly be reduced to a disorderly conduct or anything else and can he still teach with such charge?
