My landlord knocked on my door. When i opened the door he bagan yelling at me, then forcably entered my residence and assaulted me, What charges can be filed against him?

Does giving away a vendor's gift card constitute a kickback?
I was fired from my job. I am in healthcare and a gift card was put on my desk at Christmas from a vendor that I us for durable medical equipment. I did not accept the card however I gave it to a staff person who was in need. Does this still constitute kick-back? I use various vendors so I am not loyal to anyone. I found out later it was a Walmart gift card for I believe 25.00. Thank you.

I had a sister that was killed during a attempted robbery it is alleged that she was involved in the robbery attempt. She was killed during that attempt and I was told that the victim of the robbery got a hold of the gun after my sister shot herself in the hand and tried to flee the scene, the victim of the robbery chased her down and shot her. Is that murder or justifiable homicide in the eyes of the law?
